in "save link as", and in imported bookmarks, there are %20 in file names
instead of spaces - quite annoying
Freshly created bookmarks are free from this stuff
Could it be a codepage problem (Windows set to Croatian language and keyboard)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.when I open bookmarks, imported favorites come with this problem
2.new bookmarks are OK
3.folder names are OK too

Expected Results:  Interpret these codes as spaces in all views
This bug dupes two bugs, see bug 76799 (file save as) and bug 130079 (imported
bookmarks).  Is there an established procedure for what to do in such a case? 
I've dealt with one such bug before; I marked it invalid because it talked about
two pretty different issues, but in this case it seems perfectly reasonable to
report these issues together.
Since bug 76799 is a linux bug, and this issue is relatively new.
