These are set for a max run time of 2.5 hours and that was a recent change by gps:

gps, it appears that 2.5 hours was not enough to complete these.  Is this just an odd occurrence here?

After the increase to 2.5 hours landed, I noticed that 32-bit PGO seemed to be completing a notch above 2 hours. 64-bit PGO was 10-20 minutes slower. I reckon we may need to bump 64-bit PGO to 2.75 or 3.0 hours if we're seeing timeouts at 2.5 hours.

Alternatively, bug 1307204 should make the Windows TC builds faster across the board.
