STR on a new profile, current Nightly:
1. Paste the following to the Location bar and hit Go:
   data:text/html,<script src="data:application/javascript,import {A} from 'b.js'"></script>

2. Open the Web console
3. Click the source link ("data:import{A}from'b.js':1") to the right of the error message ("SyntaxError: import declarations may only appear at top level of a module").

Actual results: debugger opens with no source code available.
Expected results: see the problematic line.

This reproduces without data: URLs and make it harder to troubleshoot server-side build steps, since you can't easily see what exactly the browser received from the server.
Thanks for the STR. It looks like the old console opened View Source view for this test case, not the debugger. But Chrome has the expected results, so we should probably do the same.
