Because xperf intentionally breaks getting bug suggestions for the 'filename' xperf by using colons instead of pipes, treeherder does full-line searching for its failures, so you have to include the "TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL" to get suggested (and may still not, since there's a path and numbers, but at least it gives you a chance).
