nexus-6p-3 connected to autophone-3 has disconnected and did not recover after the host rebooted.

i'm out for training this whole week. i might be able to swing out after class sometime in the next couple of days if no one can get to this by then.
6p-3 was powered off. I turned it on and made sure the android debugger was running.
