The current approach doesn't quite work if we build against system NSPR.
Summary: Add a coreconf/objdir_name.py instead of using "make platform" → Don't determine $OBJDIR using "make platform"

This change breaks my workflow.  The contract I rely on is that I can run any of the shell scripts.  This now only works if you set OBJDIR manually.  Adding these changes to tests/common/init.sh would not have caused that problem.
