Go to any article on MDN (e.g. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Array/concat) 2. Look for a table of contents. Actual results: 1. The "table of contents" is under the heading "IN THIS ARTICLE" Expected results: 1. The table of contents should be under the heading "Table of Contents". This is a more widely-understood and specific term.

To me it seems like these terms are exchangeable. If you have more info, please add, otherwise I'm marking as WONTFIX.
