User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.59 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Browsing google sheets and amazon.com v49.0.2 Actual results: Blackscreen on all open tabs. We have to close Firefox and restart. Expected results: It shouldn't have locked up.

Does it work better with HWA disabled? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-disable-hardware-acceleration Could you type about:support and copy the section "graphics".

It could be bug 1229375. Could you update your AMD drivers to the latest vesion, AMD has added some bugfixes for Firefox.
Thank you. Updating the drivers from HP resolved the issue.
