Most of this specification is about specifying details that were previously unspecified, to improve interoperability.  Many of these parts of the specification aren't yet stable enough for us to start changing our implementation, in that they haven't been carefully compared to existing implementations.  (In general, interoperability work in specifications should be compared to existing implementations before being implemented.)

However, there will be work to track related to this specification, and this bug should track it.
