While editing an email, sometimes when I hit the spacebar, it moves the cursor
up a line.

Specifically, I'm editing an email that I've excerpted part of below. If I
place the cursor on the line that reads "The condo is almost directly across the
street", and hit space, the cursor moves to the blank line above it, and inserts
the space there!

Hey CP, here are the directions to the condo. The only difference for you is
that you'll be coming into town from the east, heading west. But you should
still be able to connect up with hwy 207.

I get the same problem, only for me it is not when I hit space but whatever
character I hit after hitting backspace. The cursor is in the right place after
the backspace, but moves up when I continue typing. Only seen it in one email,
attempts to reproduce it fail but I still have that window open and it happens
every time there. As above, this line was originally a line of text with blank
lines above and below, but now that the problem has manifested, I can fill all
three lines with multiline paragraphs and the problem paragraph will still send
the cursor up to the end of previous paragraph. If I delete all the text in the
line, I can no longer type anything at all on that line, it will just go to the
end of the previous paragraph. If I then enter stuff on the following line and
delete the intervening carriage return, I again have a "problem paragraph" which
accepts typing until I hit backspace.

Can we get a QA contact for this who is not "formerly" anything. (i.e. might
