I cannot save preferences. I change what i want and then press ok, after that,
nothing happens (the pref dialog doesn't close), so i have to put cancel. Tried
several times.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the program
2. Open Preferences
3. Change Preferences
4. Try to safe preferences

Actual Results:  Just opened the program, or while navigating.
