STR:
1. Enable "Dark theme" in Developer Tools - Toolbox Options.
2. Go to Debugger, Style Editor or open a Scratchpad with content, get an editor interface with vertical scrollbar.
Actual results:
Mouse can't click the scroll bar, you can see but can not touch it.
Expected results:
The scrollbars works fine in Dark theme.
