Hello!  Please reset projects/graphics to mozilla-central.  We plan on using it again for Quantum work.  Thanks!
philor told me I should mention -- we're going to want CI hooked up to this, ideally sooner rather than later, but that can be a separate bug

The twig reset is complete for "graphics" to moz-central. There is no setup for graphics in buildbot, so no reconfig there was necessary.
