Following up :joeyk's work over in bug 1311071: Please set up an HTTP -> HTTPS redirect for host http://webqa-ci-staging1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com so it always redirects to https://webqa-ci-staging1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com/ Thanks!

Very odd; nothing in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_activity.cgi?id=1313193 hints at why :davehunt is/was assigned this bug. Going to clear the assignee, since AFAIK, it's something that :joeyk will get to when he has a chance.
