STR:
1) In a non-e10s window, open the attached Test case
2) Click once on the text input
3) Click and hold on the text input to bring up the datalist autocomplete popup
4) Drag the mouse over the popup
ER:
Items in the popup should be selectable.
AR:
Items in the popup are not selectable.
This is also blocking bug 1300784, where clicking and holding the <select> will not properly dispatch events to the ContentSelectDropdown.
