STR:
1. Open attached URL - mailto:
2. See that "Cancel" button is on the left, when on Windows systems it's always on right,
and "Open link" like OK/Apply/etc. is on the right, when on Windows systems it's always on left.
It's inconsistent with Windows confirmation dialogs and with Firefox confirmation dialogs.
