1313678 - Rename `chainOfTrust` property to `chain-of-trust`

The properties of the various "description" things in the task-graph generation are all dash-separated.  This should be a simple find-and-replace with no external consequences, except possibly to the validation process's examination of the graph JSON.

Now that I look, no such consequences -- task.extra.chainOfTrust stays the same.

Note that this does not affect task.extra.chainOfTrust, and thus has no impact
on the generated task JSON.
