Install all three of these icons
Ecosia — The search engine that plants trees! 3.4.5
Firebug 2.0.18
Theme Font & Size Changer 49.4
Enable Context Menu/Enable support for Context Menus for Theme Font
Close the Window
Access a new tab and open a wiki page
using the mouse capture some text
With the mouse capture the data
Right click to display the context menu
Scroll and observe loss of titles in the context menu.
I can not reproduce consistently
I can only reproduce will all 3 of these addons installed

Hi Baris, 
I wasn't sure which window so I included both, 
1) about:addons, select Theme Font & Size Changer and then click Options
2) Click the toolbar icon for Theme Font & Size Changer

49.5 should fix the issue.

Please try it in new profile with 49.5. Let me know if it helps.

I could not reproduce the earlier loss of context menu. 
Then I ran a quick test in the latest Nightly Build ID 	20161104030212 and all remains well.
