The bogo shim is currently under gtests.  That's not ideal, since it isn't really a gtest.  However, it uses a lot of the build infrastructure.
I suggest we use only the gyp build system when moving this. The tests shouldn't be run on buildbots at the moment (they require go). This should hopefully simplify the move a little bit.
