There's a release-comm-beta-thunderbird_antivirus job which has been pending since 2016-10-27 23:59:15, which is making the nagios alert for backlog age useless since it's now beyond what anything else will be able to muster until it's killed.
It's running now. It turned out that there were 2 av-linux64 instances running and in a bad state (clamav was blocking the boot process). I terminated them and let a new one come online.
