From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020313 BuildID: 2002031312 I much appreciate the new export feature, however I see 3 issues of which the first is important : 1) Double quotation marks are missing from multi-line "note" fields. Actually, double quotation marks are missing from all fields. This makes it very difficult to import. 2) There are two extra empty fields inbetween the "secondary email address" and the "work phone" fields. 3) Some extra blank lines are appended to the export file. The above three points mean that mozilla cannot re-import something it has exported, (not that one would want to, however one would think that mozilla should be able to). All the best. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a card in a local address book that has multiple lines in its "notes. 2.Export the local address book to CSV format Running on intel Mandrake 8.1 under KDE.

Buffy trunk build 2002-10-15: Mac 10.1.3 I created a basic card, entered data in all fields including the Notes area (which included multiple lines), exported as csv then imported and it looks ok.
