Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter in www.apontador.com.br

Actual Results:  I can't see the central box of the page

Expected Results:  Display list of streets and avenues and theirs traffic

Tries to use layers due to broken browser version detection. And a
"style=display: hidden" (yes without quotes) could be bothering too.
I can't mark this as confirmed because I haven't got that bugzilla power.. :/

I have contacted the web site staff through email and they sad that they are
updating the site to conform with W3C specs... I had attached the email text,
it is in portuguese.
