Details
The following accounts belong to people who are no longer at Mozilla: -- aus@mozilla.com -- mphillips@mozilla.com -- rorypetty@gmail.com -- jpotts@mozilla.com -- francescosapolizzi@gmail.com -- hsteen@mozilla.com We need to look at their applications, transfer ownership or shut down, and then remove these accounts from the Mozilla group. They can be added as individual collaborators where appropriate.

There is no convenient means of looking up to which applications any user is tied. The docs do not specify behavior for applications where the last user is removed, but implies that it will not alter any dynos. All admins are listed as users of every app, and you may not remove the last admin, which implies we won't ruin anything by removing a user. We can skip the first few steps and we can just remove those accounts.
