That list is no longer used. It was part of an A/B test that has completed and can be removed at any time.
Are you sure about this? This lists source was just updated on the 19th of this month (Jan 2017). I'm looking at the shavar-plugin-blocklist repo... sha 942c77a5fd3919b485ad557999b28a8107e0042d
cpeterson, you committed https://github.com/mozilla-services/shavar-plugin-blocklist/commit/942c77a5fd3919b485ad557999b28a8107e0042d a few days ago. Is this list still in use or was this a mistake?

I did update the mozplugin2 list recently, but we're no longer running our experiment so we can remove this mozplugin2 list.

I've removed it from the puppet code (no longer used) that configures the list.
PUT IT BACK! THIS IS STILL CONFIGURED/USED IN PROD AND PROD LIST GENERATION!
I have restored the mozplugin2-block.txt source list. ckolos and I spoke on IRC earlier. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I didn't realize the changes in comment 5 were only in staging.

This looks like it was completed. It was removed from the relevant lists.
