In xml (or xhtml ?) documents, Middle-click doesn't work to open a link in a new
window. Right-click -> Open in new window works.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the url
2. Middle-click on a link

Actual Results: Nothing happens.

Expected Results: Link opens in new window.

Anyone: feel free to change the summary. I'm not even sure if that URL is xml or
xhtml... :-)
Attached file Minimal testcase
This is reproducible with any page which calls preventBubble() on events...
we're relying on the event bubbling out to the <tabbrowser> to call
contentAreaClick.
To XP Apps, GUI. We need a better way to hook contentAreaClick into this stuff.
