- Starting with Firefox 49.0a1 (20160528030208) until current version of Nightly.

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 7 64-bit
- Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Open Firefox browser.
2.Open a new tab.
3.Close Firefox browser.
4.Repeat all the steps from above for several times.

[Expected results]:
- The new tab is displayed without any layout issues.

[Actual results]:
- The menu from “New Tab Controls” flashes when opening a new tab.

Wontfix for 53. This may be just something for the backlog since it sounds like a minor intermittent issue.
