Meet.csc.fi offers an easy and a secure way for video conferencing.

Personal data is not gathered. Any log files are used for:
 * monitoring the load and capacity of the server and the network
 * working out technical problems and investigating abuse of the service
 * statistics and development of the service

The service produces metadata logs which consists of IP addresses and timestamps of network connections on the server. This metadata can be disclosed to Police of Finland and Finnish national cyber security officials for investigation purposes in cases where criminal activity is suspected. This will happen in respect to Finnish and EU laws.

Is there other official way to add services to media.getusermedia.screensharing.allowed_domains attribute in Firefox?

Hi, I am resolving this bug as "won't fix", since starting Firefox 52 on April 18th the Screensharing whitelist is no longer needed to share your screen or windows. Please let us know if you find any problems!

        Much of this work was front-end, UX/UI changes, including support to let the UI know what streams are "scary" to share (see bug 1284910). See the meta bug 1127522 for all the work that went into this.

        The new UI permission dialog for screensharing links to a SUMO article with similar content to Jan-Ivar's post, but our SUMO team tailored it to a less technical user.
