Created attachment 8807811 [details] ScriptError.PNG Firefox v49.0.2 Windows 10 My wife's computer regularly hits Unresponsive script errors like the one attached. I don't have specific STR, but it seems to happen on the Facebook page after using it for some time. In this instance, my wife was just browsing on http://www.zulily.com/e/kids-timeless-outfits-213627.html and hit the issue. The console gives the following error: Facebook Pixel Error: Duplicate Pixel ID: 546221852152126 in fbevents.js which looks to be part of Facebook Connect. That might be the commonality given that Connect is used on many sites. When she hits it again, I'll try to recheck the console.
30 minutes after closing the tab which caused this error, the same unresponsive script came up while using gmail.com, but referring to the same zulily.com js script.
Peter, just to confirm, your wife has e10s? Could you get her on Beta (it has some more telemetry on hangs)? Hard to know what happens here and having on machine that you can't debug in real time makes it even harder to navigate. I added it for tracking on a bug that should make this easier to profile.
Depends on: 1286366
e10s was disabled (by accessibility tools - likely something to do with touchscreen). I'm moving her to beta to see if it repros.
The issue still happens on beta. I tried to look at the console, but Firefox stopped responding at that point.
In this particular instance, my wife hit refresh in Firefox, Firefox stopped responding then the error popped up.
