Steps to reproduce:

Go to Keyboard settings -> shortcuts -> App Shorcuts

Set shortcuts for all applications for instead of cmd+c I do ctrl+c to copy text




Actual results:

It works for every app I use except firefox


Expected results:

Firefox should pick up those shortcuts
