Mail composition yields XUL error if a mail composition window is already
present; blank window appears with large dimensions.
To reproduce, reply to a message, and with the reply window open, click  on the
new message button. The following appears:

You have chosen to download a file of type: "XML-Based User Interface Language"
[mozilla.application/cached-xul] from chrome://messenger/content/messengercompose/

What should Mozilla do with this file?


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.To reproduce, reply to a message, and with the reply window open, click  on
the new message button.


Actual Results:  The following appears:

You have chosen to download a file of type: "XML-Based User Interface Language"
[mozilla.application/cached-xul] from chrome://messenger/content/messengercompose/

What should Mozilla do with this file?


Expected Results:  Mozilla should have somply opened another compose window
