I granted "always share" to built-in camera, reload the page, then I end up getting other camera instead.

Details

1. Plug in a external webcam, e.g., Logitech c920r, or install ManyCam. 2. browse https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/gum/ 3. choose built-in camera and 'always share' 4. reload the page 5. Will get another camera instead of the built-in one.
A long-known bug. I've up-prioritized the blocking bug on this one.
