Last crash id : bp-cbd0d564-9184-47b5-b7fb-e5b852161108 I noticed now that if i press the button to take a screenshoot thunderbird crash. In safe mode there's no problem, all works.
Can you disable your add-ons one by one and see which one causes the problem? (Hmm, in the crash report there are no add-ons listed.)
Hi , all my add ons are disabled... and i use the default theme
Try on a new profile, start TB with -p to create one.
With a new profile all works fine..
That's what I thought. There is something wrong in your old profile. Maybe some left-overs from some add-on or extension. Maybe some wrong setting. You'd have to investigate it yourself. If you find out, please let us know. Or if you have some other crash IDs, post them here. The one you posted in comment #3 isn't very conclusive. Something tried to start and it crashed in a Windows DLL (ntdll.dll). Maybe you're using a clipboard watcher? What happens when you switch off realtime protection in your anti-virus? In general, Thunderbird works and you can copy and paste. We have millions of users and if this didn't work, we'd have thousands of complaints, not just one. I'm closing this bug, since this is clearly a support case.
