Details

Scrollbar don't work in JS Fiddle when you try to grab them, only the "down" button and the scroll mouse button work.

Tested with FF49 under Win7/64 with and without E10
Work fine in Chrome.
WFM in 49.0.2 x86 & 50.0 x64 on Win10.
OS: Unspecified → Windows 7
Hardware: Unspecified → x86_64

It's NOT about refreshing the profile, I tried on 2 Brand new fresh profile and same result.
Im not sure what the issue could be. WFM in 49.0.2 - 52.0a1 on Wn7/64
