The churn notebook, living in the churn repo at [1], is private.

It order to schedule it using Airflow, we need to make it public.

Chris, is there any reason to keep the Churn notebook repository private?

I don't see why the notebooks need to be private. The data itself can't be public, but the python files used to create the data should be fine being public. Maybe Mark knows they they were made private?

The code I ported from (FHRv2 code) was already in that private repo, so I just left it private.
