The Campbell Chunky Soup web site at http://www.chunky.com/products.asp has a
scrolling list of their products.  Om Mozilla, the list has a large amount of
white space following the list and the down arrow is located far below the last
item.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to http://www.chunky.com/products.asp


Actual Results:  The button to scroll down the list of products appears far
below the last item in the list.

Expected Results:  The button to scroll down the list should appear right after
the last item.
