1316636 - dom/imptests/webapps/WebStorage/tests/submissions/Infraware/test_event_session_storagearea.html fails to run >1 times in the same browser session

in experimenting with a possible new test verification job, I examined existing tests and realized that many do not run >1 time in the same browser session:
./mach mochitest dom/imptests/webapps/WebStorage/tests/submissions/Infraware/test_event_session_storagearea.html --repeat 1

there is no error, we just hang when starting the second iteration of this test- nothing happens.  Looking at the code I suspect we never fire the onstorage event.

These should not be platform-specific, and already run in web-platform-tests.

I think it would be better to just remove these tests than to try to improve them.
