1. Go to about:preferences#containers
2. Click the [Add New Container] button.
3. Notice the little grabber down in the lower-right corner of the Add New Container dialog.
4. Resize the window.


### Actual results:
Dialog resizes.

### Expected results:
Shouldn't be resizeable.
I'm going to mark this as a WONTFIX. It looks like most of the modal windows in about:preferences are also resizable. If you take a look at about:preferences#content, about:preferences#privacy and about:preferences#advanced, you'll notice that most of the modals in those sections are also resizable.
