Details
Using the nightly Solaris build for 20020315, proxy passwords are used for a
single request and promptly forgotten and re-prompted-for, resulting in Mozilla
being unusable on a password-authenticating proxy server.

Dupe of bug #127671 via #130826 ?

Really, it's a dup of bug 130826 (I never can seem to find those in bugzilla
search). Hopefully badami's patch on 127671 (which actually deals with
something entirely different) will fix it.

Matt,
The problem is that, if you search with the simple search form
of the bugzilla page, it will ONLY reply the bugs whose status
is UNCONFIRMED, NEW, ASSIGNED or REOPENED.
Since bug 130826 was marked as RESOLVED DUPLICATE of 127671 (incorrectly in my
opinion, but it simplified developer's work because it was a regression caused
by a patch there), you can't find it using the simple search.
You should have used the "Query page" link, select all the possible status
and fill summary with, for instance, proxy auth.
Most of the key proxy bugs should start w/ "Proxy:". I'm working on trying to
update some of the newer bugs so they are easier to find in searches.
