Testing with a current CVS, Linux: -Add the CNN sidebar -Click the "more" or "less" links: Result: Each click triggers the alert. Nothing loads untill the dialog is dismissed. It may well be that the fix for bug 63878 revealed some flaw in networking code - or web pages for that matter, but the alert is extremely annoying: It appears far to frequently. Mostly it's impossible to detect what the acclaimed error is supposed to be about - the webpages look AOK. I ended up remove the CNN sidebar - it's useless like this.
Another sample: go to http://www.cnn.com/browsers/ns6/ Click to install the "CNN.com Expanded" sidebar. Result: An Unknown Error Occured.... Sidebar did not install.
Summary: "An unknown error occured.." when clicking more/less link in CNN sidebar → "An unknown error occured.." when clicking more/less link in CNN sidebar
wrong... sidebar DID install - i just never got a notification: went back there, tried to install once more, and got alert about "already installed". And then yet an "An Unknown Error Occured..." (CNN Sidebar still doesn't appear in my sidebar tabs btw..)
