When I set the POP port in mail / account settings /server settings
the port setting is ignored. Mail goes to the wrong port and if I revisit the
settings form the value has reverted to port 110
This is needed to support ssh forwarded pop ports.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a new mail account
2.set the POP port in mail / account settings /server settings
3.open mail / account settings / server settings for the account again and the
value has reverted to 110
Actual Results: port is still 110
Expected Results: port should be the modified value (e.g. 2110)

Forget this, when I tried it again I was not able to duplicate it. It may have
been due to a problem in prefs.js
