I used IE6 to export bookmarks to a Netscape profile, then opened up Mozilla to
use them. Most bookmark titles, but not all of them, are displayed with "%20"
where a space should be. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use IE6 to export bookmarks
2.Open Mozilla to view them
