User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0
Build ID: 20161019084923
Steps to reproduce:
We have a program made in flash and it freezes for several seconds when we move with the mouse wheel the contents of a scrollpanel component,
This problem does not occur in any of the following internet explorer, edge, or chrome browsers only in firefox.
We like firefox and works well with flash but it is important for us not to freeze, otherwise we will have to ask our customers to use another browser.
Actual results:
It freezes for several seconds and the processor is forced
Expected results:
The scrollbar of the flash component scrollbar should move without freezing the flash program
Hello, apparently the problem only happens if you have the flash player plugin debugger for developers, and installed the normal flash player and the problem is gone.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, although you could investigate that problem with the flash player debugger
Sorry and thanks
You need to report the issue to Adobe, Mozilla will not spend time and ressources to fix issue about Flash when NPAPI plugins is going to be deprecated.
The problem is solved thanks, if someday mozilla stops working with the complement because mozilla does not support then we will stop recommending mozillla firefox as best browser for our clients .. our program is based on the complement and is a program that in Html5 would be impossible, currently the company invoice thanks to the supplement and we make a living, if we do not make a living we will not donate anything to mozilla, regards.
