1 - visit http://www.paris.pref.gouv.fr/
2 - try to click on the "Démarches" menu, on the left hand.
3 - nothing happens. In IE, a submenu shows up. (mentionning 3 items :
"Particuliers, Associations, Professionnels")

In the Javascript console: 
Error: submenu is not defined

They are using the same buggy js functions that boxer.se (see bug 132277) uses.
Attaching a modified version of the script they should use instead of their
current one.
Tested with moz0.9.9, the menus now works. (but someone should tell them not to
use images. with my 1280*960 resolution, the text on the images are unreadable ...)
