Details

If you fx go to http://gemal.dk/browserspy/upload.html and upload a file. After
the upload now try to delete the file. It's impossible. Uploading a file seems
to place some kind of OS lock on the file. Damn annoying. I have to exit Mozilla
to delete the file.

It's a "the file is open for reading" lock.
