Once the main persona.org service has been successfully decommissioned, we should also tear down the Mozilla IdP at https://login.mozilla.org.  This will involve at least:

* Shutting down down the servers
* Revoking the LDAP credentials that it was using
* Doing something with DNS and TLS certs

Which we might do in separate bugs, but I'm recording here for future reference since :atoll just reminded me.

Fixed a few weeks ago. The stack was removed from production.
