I realized that when I am connected to the VPN I cannot access Bugzilla anymore.

Apparently it seems to be all *.mozilla.com subdomains. It is the same for irccloud for instance.
I installed a DNS server locally and I don't have the problem anymore I guess it was related to my computer DNS setup.
