:jcristau you should be able to log in to https://nucleus.mozilla.org/admin/ via persona with your jcristau@mozilla.com email as of now. As you have likely heard, Persona is scheduled to be shut down on the 30th, and nucleus will be switching to Okta as the authentication backend as soon as bug 1317969 is resolved and https://github.com/mozilla/nucleus/pull/24 is merged and deployed.

Hi Josh, trying to log in, I still get an error message: "There was a problem signing you in. Please try again."

I double checked your email and permissions and it looks correct to me on the nucleus side, but that error sounds like a persona issue. Assuming you already tried multiple times with your primary browser, please try an alternate browser and see if that works. :pmac what's the ETA on the prod switch to okta?

I just tried again and now it worked. I thought I'd tried with multiple browsers/profiles before, but maybe not, and now it works with my primary browser too. No idea what changed. Sorry for the noise...

I hope to cut over this week. We need to get a list of existing users and add them to the prod Okta app first so that they'll be able to log in. Once that is done we can deploy the new version any time.
