I've filed this bug a few times and it never seems to go through. However, I'm unable to vouch for other Mozillians. Can this please be fixed for me? Thank you!

Thanks for filing this bug. In order to be able to vouch for others you need to have at least 3 vouches in your profile. It looks like you have 2. It's not a bug, this is happening because of the design of our vouching system.
