1318184 - Notice Windows laptop with wired connections are on Mozilla Guest

Jgaunt in the PDX office has a wired connection at his desk and the network name comes up as Mozilla Guest. While on the wired network, he's still able connect to the printer in the office and can reach other resources but when he undocks, he gets disconnected from okta/sso and has to sign back in again.

He is on a Windows 10 laptop with the following MAC: 54:EE:75:8D:FA:DC

Here's the issue reported in #servicedesk: when I undock my laptop at the office I lose my ability to connect to (I think) okta resources; for example, while undocked irccloud won't reconnect and phonebook will not load. Resolved only if I re-dock or reboot while undocked

So wondering if the network name while wired should be changed to Mozilla.

Hi,
Not sure if this is really a "network problem" per se.
Sounds more like a windows issue?
I passed this by the netops team and the response I got agreed with my assessment.

henry,  the next time this happens can you have the client run "route print" at the command prompt and send the output. We'd also want to see the interface ip addresses.

To be clear, the issue was docked LAN connection = Mozilla, whereas undocked WiFi connection was switching to Mozilla Guest.

The issue is fickle and doesn't continue as of today. Attached route print results for posterity, in case it happens again and I re-open this bug.
