1318382 - Glitch display at rotating from portrait to landscape

Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 - Android 6.0.1 
Fennec 51.0b1 

Steps:
1. Open the tab drawer 
2. Rotate from portrait to landscape ( from right to left and after from left to right ) 

Expected results:
- Both rotations should be smoothly without major visual glitches/noise

Actual Results:
- If switching from portrait to landscape ( from right to left side) and return to portrait - a black glitch is present. 
- if we do it from left to right - there is a smooth rotation 

Notes:
- see video https://youtu.be/yQO7iR8Vzrs and pic attached ( the black lines are draw where I see them) 
- with the ddms the glitch is not recorded.
